Below are some of the ways you can standout in the crowded internet using your Leadmonk scheduling link.

1. Custom Intake Forms

Get all the info you need from invitees before the appointment. Choose from a variety of field types including text, checkbox, radio button, and more. You can customize your appointment type by adding any number of invitee questions.

2. Add your appointment booking link to Google My Business profile

Businesses now can add a link to “book an appointment” page in their Google My Business profile. The link will show up wherever your Google My Business page shows up in the local search results. Appointment URLs are not just for restaurants and medical practices. You can also add one if you’ve got a service business, a law practice, or other types of business. Pretty much every business can add an appointment URL right now to their GMB profile.

Here are the steps to add a scheduling link to your Google My Business profile

  • Sign in to the Google Account you used to sign up for Google Business Profile.

  • To find your Business Profile, search on Google for your exact business name. You can also search for “my business.”

  • In the menu above the search results, click Edit profile.

  • Click the transaction type that you want to add a link to, such as Booking.

  • Click Add link. If you already have links on your Business Profile, click Add another link.

  • Enter the URL that you want to link to the button.

  • Click Save.

3. Website embed

Embed the Leadmonk appointment scheduler on your website to let your clients book directly from your webpage. Add a scheduling page to your website through the embed inline option or add a floating button to your site that opens a popup or add a text link that opens a popup.

4. Different availability slots for different meeting purposes

Generally, you don’t want to expose all your availability slots for all types of meetings (interview, meeting with customers, meeting with investors, meeting with vendors, etc.). You can publish different availability slots for different meeting purposes with the help of availability profiles. The Availability Profile allows you to restrict your available hours for an appointment type. Leadmonk only offers available time slots within this availability window and it syncs with your calendar so it always knows your availability.

You can create different availability profiles for different requirements as shown below and link an appointment type to an availability profile.

5. Personalize your scheduling links

You can customize your scheduling links or booking links [Settings => Profile] by renaming your profile name (Note: name is unique across our scheduling platform, and it must be of minimum 3 alphanumeric characters).

6. Email Signature

Add your Leadmonk Scheduling link to your email signature to encourage your customers to book time with you easily. Below are 2 email signature options. You can customize them as per your requirements.
