Seamlessly add web conferencing to your appointment types when you connect Microsoft Teams Conferencing to Leadmonk.
If you have a Microsoft 365 Business or Office 365 Education account, you can add Microsoft Teams Conferencing as the default location for one or more appointment types. Then when invitees book an appointment with you, they'll automatically receive a link to join your Microsoft Teams Conference.
Add Microsoft Teams as the default location for your appointment types, and every time an appointment is scheduled the unique Teams video conference details will be created instantly. You and your attendees can easily access the meeting room from the confirmation email and calendar invite.
How to connect your Microsoft Teams Conferencing account
Go to Settings => Integrations page in Leadmonk App.
Go to the Video Conferencing section there and choose Microsoft Teams Conferencing.
Click connect button and follow the instructions to sign-in to your Microsoft Teams account
While connecting your MS Teams account to Leadmonk, give Leadmonk permission to exchange information with your Microsoft Teams account.
