1. Can I use Leadmonk for free?
Leadmonk can be used free forever for your basic scheduling requirements.
2. Do you offer free trials?
Yes, you can try the Professional plan free for 14 days.
3. What happens at the end of my trial?
At the end of your 14-days trial, you'll automatically be downgraded to the basic plan which is a free tier and you’ll be able to continue to use Leadmonk as long as you’d like. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you can do so from the billing page in your account at any time during or after your trial.
4. Do you offer refunds?
To receive a refund from a Professional subscription plan you must request the refund within 30 days of subscribing and be on the annual “Professional” plan (monthly subscriptions are not eligible for a refund).
5. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, absolutely. There’s no minimum contract for Leadmonk — you can cancel at any time without penalty. When you cancel your “Professional” plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time you’ll be switched back to the Free plan.
6. What does the renewal process look like?
Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you downgrade your plan before your renewal date.
7. How do I upgrade or downgrade?
You can do so by going to the Settings => Billing page in your Leadmonk account. From there, you can change your plan, and update your payment information.
8. What about text (SMS/WhatsApp) messages credits to send notifications/reminders to invitees?
You can buy SMS/WhatsApp messages credits within the app as per your requirements. Click here to know more.
